The 16th annual Mini Fair held at the Staffordshire County Showground is a must-see event for all Mini enthusiasts. Each year, the British Mini Club holds a ‘Mini for £1’ raffle and ‘Charity Auction’ to support a chosen charity.
As well as themed Mini displays, there is also a large autojumble, clothing and merchandise stalls, a ‘Pride of Ownership’ competition and selection of Minis for sale.
Bingley Hall has a restaurant upstairs, which serves a range of hot and cold food, as well as drinks. It’s worth noting that this venue has no cash machines on site, and many of the trade stands don’t take cards, so make sure you have cash with you before you arrive!
My favourite displays at the fair this year had to be the the ‘Simply Redz’, which celebrated 56 years of red Minis and the London Underground built by the Midlands Mini Club!
