#ThreeThingsThursday – What made me smile this week…

Welcome to this week’s Three Things Thursday post, created by Emily at Nerd in the Brain and hosted by Natalie at There She Goes.

Share your joy by posting three things big or small, that have made you happy this week and join in the fun! Want to know what it’s all about? Then click here!

Number One

The Jacobite – My husband’s anniversary present to me was a trip on The Jacobite steam train. If you’re a Harry Potter fan then you’ll know that the train crosses the Glenfinnan viaduct which is an iconic location in the films. It was a dream come true and just to make it even more special, we went exactly “Ninteen Years Later” to the day!

Number Two

Butter-Bru Hot Chocolate – This has to be the nicest tasting hot chocolate (which was topped with popping candy) I have ever had! I enjoyed a cup on board The Jacobite, which sells a range of Harry Potter treats such as chocolate frogs, Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans and themed cocktails.

Number Three
3TT3.07.09.17
Marmalade Fudge – Two things I love are marmalade and fudge, so I was delighted to discover this new addition to Dalemain’s shop. I wish I’d bought more than one bar as it’s absolutely delicious!

Now it’s your turn to share your happiness! Simply click on the button below and add your link with your three things that have made you smile this week… I can’t wait to hear all about them!

As soon as I saw the picture I thought of the train to Hogwarts! How fun for you. Does the hot chocolate really have butter in it? Great three things. Thanks for sharing. Happy Thursday.

I don’t think it has butter in, they just called it that so it would sound more like “Butterbeer” but I think there must have been some secret ingredient as it tasted even nicer than usual!

What a day! I’d love to go on that train, drink some hot chocolate, and maybe nibble on some chocolate frogs. One more thing to add to my fantasy tour of England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.
